Discover More About SHIFT and Its Founder, Amanda Bradshaw

"I created SHIFT to honour the individuality of every personality and their body's needs. My philosophy is simple, to bring confidence, balance and natural healing. Using the state of the art science backed treatments. Making sure every individual feels truly themselves"

Amanda Bradshaw

Founder and director

After spending over 25 years treating various aspects of sports medicine it became very clear that a lot of therapists looked at the area directly in front of them and not the bigger picture, they forgot the basic of ‘hip bone connected to the thigh bone’ scenario.

There was never an after thought for example, if there was elbow pain they never looked at above the elbow or even the feeding of the tissue such as vitamin and minerals and tissue hydration.

As a result I gained a reputation for being able to see issues from a completely different point of view concentrating on the whole picture not just the point of pain. Loving the results of helping people that had hit one brick wall after another with other therapists I personally developed an interest and fascination of how the body works, how clever it is, it’s ability to fix itself and use other systems to assist itself.

When PRP first came to my attention it made so much sense and backed my ethos of working with the body not shutting the body down. Later stemcell came taking this to a whole new level.

My original degree is in Sports Medicine with a post graduate degree in Bio Regulatory Medicine.  I have been privileged to train with the world's leading experts in regenerative medicine including needle guided ultra sound, The Royal Society of Medicine, Arthrex cosmetic, Arthrex orthopaedic, and San Diago Advancing Regenerative Therapies SDRATS - USA.
